Our ever popular Festival BBQ Banquet Menu is a combination of hot and cold buffet, BBQ and hog roast all rolled into one variety packed menu that gives you and your guests plenty of choice, a full plate of food and plenty of seconds*

Our 'mini-festival' menu that we use at various events and weddings that always goes down well providing every guest with a plate of good quality fresh tasty food and provides fantastic value as it is a menu we serve regularly.

It consists of our slow roasted hog with Bramley apple sauce & sage & onion stuffing,
bbq pulled pork, butchers best meaty sausages all from our own farm/butchery and chicken thighs

Vegetarian/Vegan alternatives are typically peppered grillsteaks(v), burgers(v/vg) and sausages(v)

And then we have our homemade range of sides and salads (we don't buy in cheap pre-made products):

Tomato Pasta - Pasta, Plum Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Peppers, Courgette, Mushroom

Mild Curried Pasta - Pasta, a mild curried sauce, Sultanas

Savoury Rice Salad - Long Grain Rice, Peas, Sweetcorn, Peppers, Carrot, Onion, Green Beans, Turmeric, Lemon Juice

Coleslaw - Onion, White Cabbage, Carrot, Mayonnaise, Low Fat Yogurt, Cracked Black Pepper

Mixed Leaf Salad – with a mustard and virgin olive oil dressing

Cucumber Salad - Either plain sliced cucumber or with an Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar & Ginger twist

Tomato, Onion & Balsamic Vinegar Salad - as simple as that

Mixed Bean Salad - chopped Green Beans, Haricot Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Borlotti Beans, Black Eyed Beans, Chickpeas, Red Pepper, Sweetcorn, Mayonnaise, Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper is one of our popular salads

Potato Salad - Potatoes, Spring Onion, Low Fat Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper

Boiled Potatoes

We lay out all of the above on our serving tables and keep the meat topped up*** so that guests can help themselves to a plate and a selection of food that they fancy then wander back over for seconds

*Our standard menu at the prices advertised provides a generous feed, we do however scale back this menu from time to time in order to meet client budget requirements, so if you are paying less than those prices quoted above then we may have moved away from the standard menu offering.
** Environmentally Friendly Bio Degradable is used as standard, ideal for festivals outdoors.  A crockery/cutlery upgrade is available with staff to clear.
***Please note this is not an all you can eat buffet. It is a generous feed but portions are limited unless agreed otherwise.
