HOG ROASTS
Crispy Crackling. Succulent Juicy Pork. Sage & Onion Stuffing. A Blob of Bramley Apple Sauce. Served in a Freshly Baked Bread Roll from our local bakery. You can't beat a decent hog roast. And we offer the very best! Whether as a stand alone food or part of an all day menu for your event.
Pig Roasts are a great and cost effective way to feed big crowds, and we can feed from 150 to 2,500 guests with the cost per head getting better the greater the number of portions to serve.
LAMB ROASTS
For smaller parties, or for an alternative meat, or just to do something different, we also offer Lamb Roasts. Locally sourced lamb, properly hung in our chiller, and then slowly roasted to perfection and served in naan breads with mint yogurt and mixed leaf salad. Perhaps add a Greek Feta Salad and a little fresh chilli. Lamb roasts are a great alternative for an evening wedding reception served alongside our stone fired pizza slices!
GOAT ROASTS
Goat meat is very similar to lamb and beef, and our family farm raises Boer Goat meat, a traditional meat breed from South Africa.
